About

I am currently an Educational Technologist with Academic Technology Services located at the lovely Faculty Commons at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. Previously, I was the Coordinator of Research Development Education in the Research Office.

Prior to that I was the only instructional designer for the UD Online Distance Education program. My initial responsibilities at UD Online included the management of examination systems, course materials inventory control, and shipping and receiving systems. As technology evolved, I then planned and supervised the extensive details of Internet course components and development issues for distance learning students and faculty members.

I also designed and managed the Course Acceleration Program (CAP), a grant program, which financially supported faculty who were creating distance learning courses.

In 2005 I worked with the Sarajevo Graduate School of Business, a partnership between the University of Delaware and the University of Sarajevo.

In my prior life I served as an instructor, counselor and manager in the social services field in Wilmington, Delaware at West End Neighborhood House, Friendship House, and other fantastic places that support our community.
